**** CUSTOMIZATION ****
After placing your order, you can message us the logo/badge via email at rescueattic@gmail.com . When emailing the photos to us, please make sure to include your order number along with your photo.

We will not create products with copyright material on the item. So do not send us photos of things like Disney characters, Professional Sports Teams, Military Insignia Logos, etc. You are responsible for legal ownership of any and all photos, logos, trademarks and copyrights. By submitting your design to us, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other person/entity's intellectual property rights.

**** MOCKUPS ****
Within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, we will send you over a mockup of your requested design for your approval. If any changes need to be made, this is the point at which we can make them. You will be provided up to TWO additional mockups if necessary. At which point, any additional mockups would be subject to an additional design charge.

**** QUALITY INFORMATION ****
Each of our shot glass designs are permanent and are NOT decals or markers. They will not fade, crack or peel. We use a special printed process where the image is printed onto the cup. Due to the high heat of some dishwashers, we recommend hand washing.
