How do I contact you?

Feel free to contact us in whichever way is easiest for you. You may reach out to us via the Contact Us page, Email, or Social Media. Please note, the Contact Us page, and Email will yield the fastest response.

How do I place an order for a custom designed item?

We are happy to accept custom orders and requests! If you have something in mind, please send us a message so we can further assist you with bringing your thoughts to life!

Do you provide mockups before creating items?

By standard practice, we do not as it tends to slow down production time. However, if you would like us to provide you with a mockup of your design prior to completing your item, we would be happy to do so. Just indicate in your order that you would like a mockup, OR send us a message with your order number and let us know.

If you are ordering a custom designed Challenge Coin or Wood Plaque, a mockup IS provided to you before production. Mockups will be received within 48 business hours of receiving your order and all necessary information (photos, logos, etc.)

How do I send you photos or images for my order?

If you need to send photos, images, or further information regarding your order please do so by emailing us at rescueattic@gmail.com . Make sure to include your order number and/or the name on your order.

What if I messed up when I was applying my decals?

We are not responsible for customer application errors with our vinyl decals. We would love to recreate them for you, however you will need to purchase a new one.

My item arrived broken. Now what?

Sorry to hear that! We take extra care to package each item in hopes of preventing this, but unfortunately accidents do occasionally happen. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, send us a message and let us know what happened. Make sure to include a photo with your message. Once we receive the photos, we will recreate the item and ship the new one out to you as soon as possible!

I received my items, and something is incorrect.

If your order is incorrect, please message us as soon as possible! Send us pictures showing what is incorrect. We will compare the item to the details from your order and any conversations we may have had with you regarding it. If the error deems to be on our side, we will replace the item free of charge and ship a new one out ASAP.

Shipping/Returns

Can you rush my order?

We do offer the ability to rush orders for an additional fee. However, please contact us before you place your order to ensure we will be able to do so.

I need my items by a certain date. How can I make sure I will receive them in time for my event?

We strive to get each of our items out to you as quickly as possible. Our production time is typically 5-7 business days from the date you place your order. If you want to make sure that you will receive your items by a certain date, send us a message BEFORE you place your order. We will not issue refunds or cancellations for failure to read shop policies, production and shipping information prior to completing your purchase.

I'm an international buyer and I want to make a purchase from your shop. How can I go about making a purchase from you?

We LOVE our international customers! Some of our listings have the option to purchase from international locations. However, if there is an item you are interested in and it doesn't have international shipping options - SEND US A MESSAGE! Let us know how many of the item you are looking to purchase and where you intend to have them shipped so we can properly quote you on the shipping charges and provide you with a custom listing. Please note, you will be responsible for all VAT and international charges that may come due for delivery.

I received my item and decided that I no longer want or need it. Can I get a refund?

Due to the fact that all of our items are custom in nature, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations.

I bought the item as a gift, and I am sending it directly to them.

Can you leave out the pricing details?
We do not include this information in any of our orders.

Can you include a message from me?
For a custom message, please check out our "Add-On" section where you can purchase a notecard to be included along with your order.

If I don't purchase a notecard, how will they know who it's from?
We will include a packing slip which shows who purchased the item. This packing slip does not include any cost information.

Can you giftwrap the item?
Yes! Check out our "Add-On" section where you can purchase "Gift Wrapping". This option also includes a notecard for free!
